About Our Office

Hours/Emergency Care

Our hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We see patients on an appointment basis and ask that you call in advance so that we can reserve time for you. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us and our other patients. If you cannot keep an appointment please notify us as soon as possible so we are able to offer your appointment time to another patient. There is a fee for not canceling an appointment within 24 hours.

We make every effort to accommodate emergencies as quickly as possible. It is best to call the office early in the day so you can be put into the schedule. After office hours a voice mail message will refer you to an emergency number or you may leave a message and the doctor will return your call as soon as possible. This service is available 24 hours a day.

Insurance/Financial Policies

We accept many types of dental insurances and will process all your insurance claims. We will help you understand your dental insurance and help you maximize your benefits. Not all insurance companies will agree to pay the office directly. Therefore you may be required to pay for the services and be reimbursed by your insurance company. We do not participate in any HMO or DHMO plans. We ask that your portion of the fee be paid at the time of service. We accept credit cards, cash and checks. Payment plans are offered through the Dental Fee Plan (DFP) and Care Credit.

New Patients

New patients are always welcomed. We not only welcome new patients but we depend on them. Most of our new patients come from referrals from our current patients and we thank you for referring.

Prior to your first visit to our office you will be asked to fill out some paperwork to allow us to better know you. This information is designed to give us a complete picture of your present oral health. You will also be given information on the HIPPA (privacy act) policy.

At your first visit the doctor will review your medical and dental history with you. She will address all your dental concerns and needs.

You will have a thorough examination including an examination of the teeth and gums and diagnostic x-rays where needed. Photographs and impressions for study models will be taken if it will help understand your case. A soft tissue and oral cancer exam will be done as well as a complete TMJ exam. We will discuss your home care and will instruct you in the most effective way to maintain your dental health at home.

Our office is designed to feel warm and welcoming to our patients. Feel free to stop by and introduce yourself.

We have recently remodeled the office and have installed new equipment including digital x-ray that uses less than one half the radiation of traditional x-ray. In addition it allows the doctor to see more detail and show that detail to you.

To better plan your case we may utilize an intraoral or digital camera. We use materials and techniques of the highest quality with proven effectiveness based on current research.
